{"id":470,"date":"2016-12-07T07:05:29","date_gmt":"2016-12-07T07:05:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.taskapac.com\/?page_id=470"},"modified":"2020-11-03T07:48:33","modified_gmt":"2020-11-03T07:48:33","slug":"sep-lesson-plan-jan-2017","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.taskapac.com\/?page_id=470","title":{"rendered":"Montessori Curriculum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Magic Hat FM Production Oct 2020\" width=\"584\" height=\"438\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bgFG5QUHPUs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><u>The Magic Hat(by Mem Fox)<\/u><\/p>\n<p>This is the circle \u2013 that is my head<\/p>\n<p>This is my mouth \u2013 with which words are said<\/p>\n<p>These are my eyes \u2013 with which I see<\/p>\n<p>This is my nose \u2013 that is a part of me<\/p>\n<p>This is the hair \u2013 that grows on my head<\/p>\n<p>This is the hat \u2013 which I wear on my head<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Today, I am going to tell you a story entitle: The Magic Hat by Mem Fox.<\/p>\n<p>One fine day, from out of town and without any warning at all<\/p>\n<p>There appear a magic hat\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Oh, that magic hat<\/p>\n<p>It moves like this and it moves like that<\/p>\n<p>It spun through the air and over a road<\/p>\n<p>And sat on the head of a warty<u>old toad<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The magic hat, the magic hat<\/p>\n<p>It moves like this and it moves like that<\/p>\n<p>It spun through the air like a bouncing balloon<\/p>\n<p>And sat on the head of a hairy <u>baboon<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Oh, the magic hat, the magic hat<\/p>\n<p>It moves like this and it moves like that<\/p>\n<p>It spun through the air and from way over there<\/p>\n<p>And sat on the head of a sleepy <u>old bear<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Oh, the magic hat, the magic hat<\/p>\n<p>It moves like this and it moves like that<\/p>\n<p>It spun through the air, it\u2019s true, it\u2019s true<\/p>\n<p>And sat on the head of a <u>kangaroo<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Oh, the magic hat, the magic hat<\/p>\n<p>It moves like this and it moves like that<\/p>\n<p>It spun through the air for a mile and a half<\/p>\n<p>And sat on the head of a lofty <u>giraffe<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And then with a skip and then a hop,<\/p>\n<p>A<u>wizard<\/u> appeared, with a sign that says, \u201cSTOP!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So everyone stopped and stared in surprised at the wonderful wizard with sparkling eyes.<\/p>\n<p>Who took from his beard with a nod and a wink and a wand which he waved.<\/p>\n<p>And what do you think?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The toad, the baboon, the bear, and the roo and of course the giraffe. Oh what a too-do\u2026 turned back to the people dazed and confused. Watched by a crowd that was highly amused.<\/p>\n<p>While no one was looking, the wizard meanwhile skipped out of town with a mysterious smile.<\/p>\n<p>And of course on his head was the fabulous hat that made all the magic wherever it sat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Oh, that magic hat, that magic hat<\/p>\n<p>It moves like this and it moves like that<\/p>\n<p>Where will it land next?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>THE END.
